1Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply between the 11bad platform ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). By accessing the 11bad.cam website, creating an account, or using any service, you fully agree to these terms.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are single-use and apply per account.

• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

The criteria for moving up VIP tiers are updated on the platform from time to time. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback withdrawals.

6Betting Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi, etc.):

• Bets placed before an event starts will be considered valid.
• Temporary delays or offer changes may occur in live betting.
• If an event is cancelled, the associated bet will be cancelled and the staked amount will be refunded.
• 11bad reserves the right to cancel affected bets if a technical error occurs in the odds or markets.

6.2 Casino Games

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Closure and Suspension

11bad may suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.

8.2 Closure by Member
